Not sure why CropReport was bashed for giving such an informed answer to my question about space constraint.
john - I suggest you check the original post and verify that the original poster was considering allowing all the plants to grow even a confined space. Cropreport expertly identified this as a bad idea.
Also, there are many reasons to have a small veg time. I actually grow all my plants straight 12/12 from seed. I do it because I have only one cab and light for growing and keeping it 12/12 at all times means as soon as one plant goes away another one is put in its place and I get to harvest and a bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on how things go.
