Well it's tough to say, Pesci.

I've never really seen anything like spider mites in my grow. I noticed earlier on, that on one of my plants, one of the leaves had very minute "spider mite" looking damage on the leaves. The classic speckled look. But once I kept up with spraying with water to keep them wet, and neem here and there, I never have seen anything of the sort since.

Today, while cleaning everything out, I was examining my Chemdawg D mum, and I noticed a ton of built up webbing, that almost looked like pocket fuzzies.

Before I jump to conclusions, I have theories on where this came from..

1. The zipper door tends to frey, and releases fibers that almost appear to be little hairs or single strand webbings. Like pet hair, almost.

2. A few days ago, I found a very little spider, that was black making a web from one of the pots to the flood tray. I moved the pot around, which caused the spider to flee, but did not kill it. This might've been the cause of the web like fuzzies. I did not kill this, because I read larger spiders can act as predators.

3. When removing the plants from the grow space, for cleaning, I may have picked up some of the webbing/dust bunnies from a wall or crevice between furniture.

The bugs I noticed in the cutting chamber were very visable, white, and you could see their limbs in detail.

I need to get to the bottom of this, so I know how to react. I wish I knew what a very early mite infestation looks like. Most of the pics available look very typical, yet they claim no infestation is ever the same.
