squeezing it will break the trichromes and actually degrade the THC faster over time. so better to not make large amounts for storage.
you could however just keep those piles in small jars or boxes or something for storage OR for smoking. smoking kiff is just as good as smoking hash. a little less flavor, but usually more potent. you can lace a J with some for an awsome effect.
