hi grofun mine is a light from indoorgrowlightsdotcom mine is model DH250M250 its a full spectrum light 250 and 250 works great two ballasts turn just one on during veg and both for flowering i assume u know what tu turn on and off at diff stages
works great for me sometimes i give my ladies some more light and i do use a conversion bulb and turn both on for the same spectrum light but its very versatile cause of the two ballasts HPS on alone or just MH or both pretty good deal check them out, i might also depend on the space ur gonna use for growing u may need a bigger lamp for me this one is perfect
