i've heard you can use human hair for deer and such.
i've also heard a pretty funny method, if string up some fishing wire aroudn your area, sorta low, so if a deer was walking, they'd walk right into and and not know what hit em cuz you can't see it. Its good to keep deer out, and keep your security system on the downlow cuz its like an invizible deer fence.
