Hey Europa,
Thanks for your input here and elsewhere... You guys all rock! As for the issues you brought up...
tobi is suggesting that, for my needs, (single guy w/ a few friends to provide for) - if directed towards the right strain, I'd be quite content with one plant. That being said, I am still learning the bubbler lingo and practice.

do you have an idea how many evl watts you'll be adding and what you're DWC will be (e.g. single tub bubbler)?

Well, again - I am new to the whole process but ready to dive in head first! I liked the results that Agent86 was able to garner from his 4x96W overhead reflector plus 2X26W bottom lights. I believe (if I understood him correctly) he had 2 full spectrum overheads on 24/0 for veggie stage and 2 full spect + 2 warm red spect overheads on 12/12 for flowering. (please correct me if I'm wrong)
As for the single tub bubbler, my inherent fear of my own lack of ability makes me want to crowd 2 plants into that 4.5 sqft space but I'm guessing that's not the best plan.
The noise is less of an issue on *this* floor as it's my bedroom and the space is actually off to the side. I'll be throwing up a curtain into that room as well. The noise does become an issue if the downstairs neighbors are bothered. They are good people but I'd rather not have to explain to them why it sounds like I'm running an aquarium shop in my bedroom
I love the true collaborative nature of this whole process! Thanks again to eveyone for their comments. Keep 'em coming!! I am a sponge for HC knowledge
