They are two different plants altogether, the Widow is a smaller yielding Sativa dominant that branches and produces tight nuggests whilst the White Whino tends to produce a lot more bud but of a lesser quality. Both have their good points though. If you are starting off Id go with the White Rhino, the Widow can be a bit tricky...
