ok guys here's my 2 cents...

ok i have that same exact rooting horomone skellington... red top right?... well at least when i bought mine it had a red top, anyhow, this is what i've done and have read and i have 4 nice clones vegging now after multiple F'ups.

what i did was i took a nice sized branch about 5-6 inches in length, you take off all but about the top 3-4 leaves, with a sharp pair of scissors, take the end of the stem, submerge it in water (like a bowl of water), and cut the end of the stem at a 45 degree angle, (what this does is it creates the most area of the stem available for roots to grow, or at least that's what i read), then wet the stem about 2 inches of it dip it in the rooting horomone and plant the stem with all the horomone covered part under the growing medium. now you want the stem to keep the rooting horomone on it so don't water like normal... need to get yourself a spray bottle and mist the medium to damp, just enough to keep it moist, in a week or two you should have some healthy enough plants to start watering like normal.

good luck!!!

and PS, if it don't work the first time, try try again, your bound to get one right sooner or later, just keep in mind what you do everytime differently, what works for one might not work for another, so if what i've told ya' hasn't worked, try doing it slightly different, and see if that works for you.
