For my first grow (circa 1985) I used bag seed, dirt dug up from outside, a desk florescent light and miracle grow (which I sprayed on the leaves). Guess what. I grew a 6 ft monster with decent bud (took about 6 months and was really stretched out!). Total out of pocket expense was about $5.
I now use some pretty fancy stuff, but you can do a grow really cheap if you want to. The better the equipment, the better the quality and quantity of bud you'll get. |
