I bought one of these lights today at WalMart and they are pretty dang bright! I have the light about 3-4inches from my plants...Also should I leave the plastic cover in fron of the light, or take it off? These lights (plastic front & all) get kinda hot too. Well compared to my 2 18" flour. If i took the plastic cover off it may relieve some of the heat but I am also thinking the light wont be as directed out of the center of the fixture. What do you guys think? Well I will let you guys know how my babys like it =]
