and why are you talking in cubic ft. now? You only need to worry about square ft. when figuring out how many lumens you need.

Oops, just noticed the part in the end of your post about adding the 15 watt floro... and no u dont need it. with the 4 compacts u got 5,400lumens psf... thats PLENTY. You really dont need anymore then that and you should now start to worry about venting heat since its such a small enclosure.
