First of all im not negative all the time... just the last couple of days have been sh1tty so im in a bad mood
I agree the monolith has some good ideas, and, yes, i do like the venting... my disapprovement is more the types of materials then the design. For example, mirrors are a big no no.. throw those out.. use mylar or flat white paint. Using that expanding insulation that comes in the cans for the whole thing was also not the brightest thing in my opinion, since he could have bought foam board insuluation for a lot cheaper and wouldn't have been such a mess-hazzard. I also think he should have taken some precations with heat... with heat sensors that will kill the power if it gets too hot... this could happen due to the one or more of the fans failing.. which does happen over time. And of course, being the tech-oriented person i am, i would have added compuer control over the functions of the box since its supposedly self contained.
