Exclamation Plastic Burning!

I have the FloureX shoplight and it does get pretty damn hot. I took the front plastic cover off and drilled 10 holes in the back...last night when i checked up on my plants the plastic to hold the bulb in place or something was burning a little...I could smell it and the plastic around the bulb was turning black. So i recomend taking the bulb out and unscrewing the screw behind the bulb and take the little plastic thing off. Just thought I'd let your FloureX 65W owners know.
