if its as hot your your describing, you might want to get some high volume vans and not just ordinary computer fans..
Something like
this fan would be great, it uses AC and 115v which means it can be plugged right into the wall if you live in america (other countries use different wall voltages) and pushes 102CFM, so the air inside you cabinet would be completely replaced every 3 (!!) seconds.
