Question Question...

Great Thread GPB. Very informative. It deserved the Sticky!

I do have a question though... I am way away from a harvest, however, in anticipation of such a day here we go....

Let's say that some buds are ready to be cut, as per your description. I am assuming they will be the ones on top. Now, lets cut them and any others that seem ready to cure. The ones on the lower ends of the stem are not really ready to be cut. Not yet cloudy or amber. Is it possible to say, in maybe layman's terms, top the plant right below your last bud that is ready, and let the rest of it keep growing until the lower buds catch up and become ready?

Don't flame, please. Never harvested a bud before, but like I said I am anticipating. Hopefully what I wanted to ask and what I am asking are the same! A little burnt right now.

Thanks,
NM
