Just starting out in hydro - I have one more question (for now!)
Is a PH up/down solution necessary when using the General Hydroponics Flora series with distilled water? With my soil grow, I adjusted the PH either with vinegar or hydrated lime, and it seemed to work well. Will they work in a DWC setup or am I better off spending the money for something like this:

One more question
What's the ideal temp range for the resivoir in a DWC system? Im sure this has been asked before, but I did a search and I couldnt find anything.
