While you may have N deficiency, you likely are rootbound as well. Time for a transplant! It's pretty amazing to me how fast little containers get filled with roots.

The rule of thumb as at least one gallon of soil per foot of plant height.

My honest opinion is that you likely are deficient in both N and K as well. The spotting on the lower leaves appears to be from lack of K.
