1. You may enter one (1) picture of your choice per voting week.
2. Pictures must be on-topic and adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Entries must be submitted as file attachments, not just inline images. This ensures that they will show up in the archives.
4. You may only enter pictures that you took. Do not plagiarize.
5. If a picture has been altered by any means, it must be disclosed.
6. Extraneous posts may be deleted -- save comments about the pictures for the Voting thread.
Picture submission and voting threads will be open from Friday evening to the following Friday evening, U.S. time. Voting is no longer anonymous.
***FYI: Polls only allow 10 choices. If there are more than 10 submissions those which, in the opinion of the staff and based on previous POTW contest results, have the best chance of getting votes and winning will be selected; staff entries will be ruled out first. Please do not complain about which pictures make the cut -- we try to be as fair as possible.
