The first one is a
fungus gnat.
The second one could be a
springtail. I'm not certain on that but the "tail" in your photo leads me in that direction. Very common in soil mixes rich in organic matter.
Soap spray will also kill adult gnats. Gnatrol or Mosquito dunks will kill larvae.

NOT a springtail. I mistook one leg for a tail. Not sure what that is.
