use hydro ferts, or if you must, any water soluable fert should work (same as w/ hydro, it'll work, just not always the greatest)...and no, the roots don't have to be in the dark, but it wouldn't hurt 'em...some people say that roots will start sprouting leaves and **** if they're not in the dark, but I've never seen it happen. |
