Lights and fans will also be given to hospitals caring for Aids patients. He added that the fans and lights would dramatically improve the quality of life for Aids patients.


I'm not sure how 1000 watt HPS lights are going to do that. Its not like they need any more heat in the hospitals or homes, and the sun is a naturally occuring HPS... sooo.....
I'm sure my 12" blower putting out 1000 cfm of air will help make someone happy. IV tubes blowing all over the place, charts blowing down the hall They would have been better off selling the stuff in the UK and sending the money to help instead. Ah politics.
