Excellent M.R., It was this thread that hooked me up also. I bought the comp. fans, and I was looking around to see if anyone was just wiring them up with a 12V adapter. When I saw the Fan Controller though, I almost S***. It was perfect
I built some cabs out lg. of plastic tubs. Dirt cheap. I had a lot of things laying around, and only needed a few missing links to put them together. When all was said and done, I think it cost me about $35 to $40 a piece, and I think I could squeeze out a another 1 or 2 for $10 a piece.
The 1st one was the most expensive, but with the left over pieces, the others are cheaper as you go.
They're only 3' tall, but I already came up with a very inexpensive way to extend them another 12" to 16". Good Luck
