Wow. This thread is still going strong. I am impressed. Sorry I've been out of the loop for awhile. Life's been hectic. Thanks for all the kind messages I've receieved. Nice to see people updating and changing my recipe. I would like to comment on the water issue. Keep in mind I was using lots of plant scraps so the water was filled completely. I agree though, you should base the amount of water used on the amount of plant material. I like my water to be at a "stew" consistency when I start. Thanks again for keeping hope alive.
