After reading the web site I fired off an E-mail to them.. Here is there reply:

We are, however waiting for the reservoir float control that is back ordered to us for perhaps another three to four days. I am also in the process of distributing these units to various stores but will hold back on this order to make sure you receive one first because of your patience. We also may not see another order in our possession for up to 3 months.
We have been involved with the hydroponic/aeroponics industry for twelve years and have seen some very progressive technology but I feel that this is going to revolutionize this industry as well as into the agricultural industry and others. We are very excited about being involved with this technology and want to share it with everyone. We feel that almost anyone will be able to benefit from it.
As this is new technology and wanting everyone to have access to it there are going to be questions. We have access to information from universities and horticulturists to help with questions and concerns. We are currently conducting our own tests and experiments. We will be creating a database from existing and future questions for support to our customers.
The prices for the module which include the fog generator and the growing bench are
