the ultra sonic fogger uses a peizo electric oscillator to vibrate the water into creatinging small micron size particles of nutrient rich water. the vapor is then pushed into the humidity chamber via fan normally or high spinning disk. the water then condensens and is returned to the resivour. could you build something similiar?, oh yeah, i had thought about this a while ago, and i have seen things while that may work just like it, but don't have the internal tank size to make it worth while. but you might find something different, so give it a go!
