well, first, the diagram is just a blueprint of sorts to depict the idea of how to build it -- thanks scrub ! anf of course there are some modifications we are all throwing in - including how to thread in microsprayers and at what angle --check this photo of St0ney's

![]() | is there a thread that is kept alive all about modifications to scrub's system? I would be very interested in it. If there isn't one then there should be ![]()

![]() | anyway, back to your question ... i went around the inside perimeter alot like St0ney, but used pvc (well actually 3/4" CPVC which is thinner walled with about the same outside diameter as the regular 1/2" PVC) -- I used two 45 degree elbows to make up the corners for a tight fit. since I didn't glue the pipe together (at first) I rotated the straight sections to find good angles for the spray (I used 180 degree type from home depot #111B - St0ney used the same type only the 360's) in the end I have them hitting high medium and low in the reservoir, one up like in the diagram, one on the bottom like in the diagram, and one in between to get the spray just below the netpots (those are now hitting the roots hanging down) hope this helps get you started.

Thanks for the interest in my diagram kiz but please don't think that I designed the AeroSpring system. That credit goes elsewhere. I just drew a picture. http://www.howtohydroponics.com/aero.html The microsprayers on the bottom spray at the bottom part of the roots. The reservoir of water is lower down around the 5 and 6 gallon marks. The additional sprayers were basically to relieve pressure.
