Yield's more a function of lamp strength and veg time. Nutrient strength is often limited by the sensitivity of the individual plant. Normally, start small and bump the strength up until the plant shows signs of being over fertilized, then back off a little.

In my aeroflo I run 450 up to 650 in veg and 650 up to around 1050 in flower. You can use a lot less nutes in an aeroflo.
