I have been spanked. The daytime temps have been back in the triple digits lately. The res has remained cool with the help of the frozen bottles. The water level is dropping. I added six gallons to the res today. Today's readings; PPM...I added nutes to the new water but I'm letting the system run for a while so the res can be totally mixed. I'll update the PPM when I post pics in just a little while. Water temp before adding water, 73f After adding the water I added 15 ml. per gallon Aquasheild. That's 105 ml. I'll have pics in an hour or so. Last edited by Them; 08-10-2009 at 01:56 AM..

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Todays readings; PPM 650 Water temp 73f. The stretch seems to have slowed just a little. The tallest branch is now 26" tall. The plants are all looking good. I added six gallons of balanced RO water last night. I am trying the Lucas formula. After reading the amounts on the bottles, I think just using the bloom and macro have possibly more of a supply of nutes than the formula on the bottle for flowering. We will see how well it works, it seems ok so far.

The stretch is continuing but slowing down a bit. The tallest branch is now twenty seven inches tall. All plants are looking good with a beautiful green color and no signs of nute or light burn. Today's readings; PPM went up to 680. I also added ten ml. bloom and five ml. micro...I will report on the new PPM tomorrow. Water temp was 73f before adding three bottles. These are for the most part twenty oz. bottles although I do have one gator aid bottle and a couple of slightly larger bottles. I am pleased with the res temps here in Aug... The outside temps are in the mid nineties during the daytime. I am running the lights at night. I have no heat exhaust system in the grow room.

I have taken five clones from the best plant. I soaked the rock wool in the res water, placed it in a three inch basket and surrounded it with grow rocks. Then I cut a branch on an angle, dipped it in the res water and shoved it into the hole in the top of the rock wool. Then I covered the basket up with grow rocks. and placed it in the veg/cloner. I an using two liter bottles with the top cut off for humidity domes. There is one air stone in the res and I will add another. The PPM is 200 I'll have pics soon.

The plants are still stretching an inch per day. The tallest plant is now 30" tall. I added three gallons of RO water balanced with nutes. Also added 60 ml. of Aquasheild. Today's reading; I haven't checked the PPM since I added the fresh water. Water temp 73f. I have one fan leaf with thirteen leaves on it. Other leafs have a new leaf starting where the leaves come together at the center. I don't think I have ever had this happen before.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Still stretching. The tallest plant is now 33" tall. If the flowering is anything like the stretch, I'll have some great looking buds before long. Can't take readings today. My batteries are all dead. Added 20 ml. bloom and 10 ml. micro. The res is cold to the touch.
