| I've heard that the groath rate can be 10 times greater than using soil with an aeroponic setup. I've recently come across a fairly nice looking system that is easy to make as well. I was wondering how long a crop would take with an aeroponic setup as opposed to the standard 60 days. Also as far as a nutrient solution what would be good and how soon after planting should the nutrient solution be utilized as well as how long before reapplication. | ||

| dang, it won't let me say 's p e e d', crazy... well, I wouldn't say you'll typically get 10x improvement over soil, but there is signifigantly faster growth in most cases...I'd say that aero is to hydro what hydro is to soil, both in how easy it is to kill the buggers, and in how fast they grow. the growth rate has nothing to do w/ how quickly you can flower a plant, that's all up to genetics (and lighting, to a degree). aero will usually ***** up the time from germination/cutting to harvest, because you spend much less time in vegitative growth, but it won't ***** up the time from inducing flowering to harvest. nutrients should be the same as you'd use w/ hydro.
