Hiya all,
Just a quick question or two I know you are busy.
IF:
You were asked to grow 10 kilos a month of cannabis flowers using ONLY organics What aeroponic or hydroponic system would you use?
Why?
What Organic nutriments and or series would you use?
Why?
Honest this is no trick question, I value your opinions and would appreacitate all thoughtful answers.

Thank you,
hempity

I'm not widely experienced with organic grows, never seemed that important, beside personal tastes. I'm not all that sure the flavor is that much better. However recently I decided to give it a shot. So anyways I found using basic organics like bloodmeal, kelp and others to be a pain keeping brewed up. Next time I'll try a concentrate perhaps. As for system it'd be an ebb & flow tables for sure. The ease of operation would be the key, no emmiters etc etc. How many lights/tables do you figure on? Just a quick quess this would be well over a 200kW grow. Better split them up into a few smaller rooms.

Hiya Delta9,
Thanks for the response.
Greenhouse grown, would produce the best and the ebb and flow is awesome for production.
My aim is not money, got that, we need clean medicine for aids and other sick people.
because of my grandchildren i will not use anything except organics.
So this is just hypothedical, unless i can find some totally organic water solubles that test pure and clean.

If you are looking to only use organics in a hydroponic setup, you might consider looking into a nutrient tea called pure blend it is 100% organic. Goto www.discount-hydro.com and look at the nutrients. Good luck with your grow.

Peace.

HydroGrower is beginning to sprout.

I'm back. Let me do some research and refer some members to you whom I think will have the best answers for you. I am not widely versed in Organics or Aeroponics but I know who is. We'll get back to ya soon

Also... what about organics are you interested in?? Safety is not an issue since when using good products you are simply using solutions of basic elements and compounds. Going organic will usually involve a much riskier factor of dealing with the bacteria living in the feces you will have to use. You may want to reconsider your choice of action here.. but the information will be forthcoming shortly. Good luck

HG

why are you thinking of going w/ aero? if you're talking about that much volume, you're going to need a lot of equipment that's gonna need to be in near perfect condition all the time...aero can be a *****, you've gotta pay a lot of attention to it, and give it fresh water all the time, you waste a lot of nutes that way in a big system...hydro would be the way to go, I'd think...you could also grow some mothers in soil w/ organics, and run a bunch of clones in aero, they root fast as hell en aeroponic systems.

so, what kind of a space are you growing in? lights? sunlight? sq footage?

*Newsflash*
Organics made from dead diseased animals might not be so healthy. Anyhow how does anybody figure pure chems are any less healthy organics? Plants only use what they want/need. As for them being petro-chemical byproducts if no-one uses them will they quit producing them...no. Is their origin any worse for the enviroment than mining rare deposits and the sea, destroying seabird, fish and endangered bat habitats? I think not. Not to mention where the bone, blood hair and feathers originate.

yeah, the latest issue of high times actually has a great artical on mad cow disease, and there's a snippet about bone meal and the potential to transmit mad cow disease/cjd by breathing in dust from bone meal, if anybody wants, I'll post the snippet...
