yea, it's InsaneK9's current systems (one of.) and in his diary, he's got the actual plans to build the aerospring. it's a pdf file so you need adobe acrobat reader to view it.. His plants are looking bootiful in their aerospring..
check it out... in the my cannabis images forum. (the aerospring isnt brought into the thread til about a 1/4 of the way into the diary)

I buit the exact same aerospring using the same dim as insane did and It works great. Although I'm not sure as to how many g/p/h my pump pushes, you need at least 300. The first time I used a 150 gph aquarium pump it barely got the water out of the sprayers. I have a question though. Do you think its possible for me to run the pump 24/7 or even 12/12. I dont want to try it and accidentally kill my babies. later

I don't understand the question. Do you mean running without the 4min./1min. cycle, or something else?

I mean could I leave the pump running for 24 hours staight or 12on 12off if 24 is too long. I dont see how this could be a prob because The roots would still be getting plenty of oxygen. Cause in the end half of them are gonna be under water anyway. I dont know mabey I'm totally wrong.

you dont want your system to be off for 12 hours.. The roots DO chill in the water, and it does need to be oxygenated.. keeping the sprayers on is what oxygenates the water in which the roots rest.. im not sure if keeping the sprayers on 24/7 will be bad. the only downside to keeping it pumping 24 hours is that the pump MAY get a lil hot and heat up your nutrient solution. and maybe clog up your microsprayers sooner..

Wink

The pump that I have was made to run 24 hours a day and its much larger that I need so I can just run it slower and it seems pretty happy.Man I know all about the micro's getting clogged. I'm gonna try 24/7 with some seedlings my friend "pedro" has. Hes growing them outside in near freezing weather. I hope they enjoy their sauna.
