I know CO2 increases bud weight but is it better get a burner or just let the CO2 flow untouched in your grow room?? (Cost isnt an option)

Go for a tank, with a solenoid valve and regulator. You can get it all through home brew shops or internet sites. That is the best way to have control over how much CO2 you are putting in.
CO2 does wonders if you have a lot of light. Bigger buds, faster flower time, etc...
