Question
permalink

i would like some iformation on how close i can grow my plants together. I read that you can grow more plants in a smaller area using aeroponics, but how close? using a
2'x 1' aerospring setup, is there enough room 2,3,4 or 5 plants or more? total height wise, my plants wil be nomore than 3' tall at the end of the flowering stage. would you recommend 1", 3", 6", or 8" net grow pots? also for note, i will build 2 more of these setups, 1 for cloning, and 1 for full growth. I geting ready to cut holes, would like to get it right the first time!
Peace!

You said that you had a 4' x 6' area in your closet? With the lighting that you described earlier, you have enough room for 24 plants, giving each 1 sq. ft. of space. Otherwise put however many you want in there, but space them evenly so that you are getting the best use of your light. Also, that way every plant gets evenly lit, and you can trim them to be bushier if the garden isn't fillind out. By the time they are 3' they could be bushy enough to fill that space, even if you have only 4 plants.

4 plants is just fine with me. if it works, then i'm set. order up some killer seeds, and never have to purchase that "brick mud weed" ever again. So much of the herb here is terrible. Compressed so hard, it won't light.... so it's time to put technology to work!
Peace!
