For the growers that use or used the aeroflo. I'm just wondering if there is a way to fully empty the system. I find it a bit tough with the set up of having drain level tube. I have to fully pull out the tube in order to make it happen. Then wet vac. the res. of water that hasn't drained out the drain valve. It's a pretty cool set up, just need to improve on the drain of it.

They are awesome except for the one thing you mentioned... They "say" you have to empty the res every 2 weeks thats bs... I grew green shit left and right and that thing was still kicking... never even hurt the plants I eventually got the hang of it and only filled it up with like 6-9 gallons my plants drank around 2 gallons a day, so the water never sat long enough to get algae....and for flushing the last 2 weeks i just let the water run out and only refilled with fresh water well like 2 1/2 weeks i made sure my tds as the same as my other water or just run a hose from the res to a drain somewhere but you will be ok with not changing your res for a whole grow I have did it many times...I can show you some pics and you would be like "plants came out of there?" trial and error dude you will figure out whats best DiRk

![]() | Yeah the reservoir is huge. I do change the water every other week. Its just draining all the water that is the only problem. I'm using a wet shop vac. to get the rest of the water that is left behind. Seems to be working fine so far. Thanks
