If you pollinated a female, would the seeds from the main cola be better in any way to the seeds from the lesser bud sites?

Geneticly, it would be the same, however, seeds formed in the cola typically mature better due to the fact that the cola is typicaly the first set of flowers on the plant and has the longest set of time available to grow.
