Yep  It will be 3 months for the "parent seeds" ... and another 4 months for the "first generation" seeds (with all the input genetics). And I expect the resulting plants from those first generation seeds to be wildly variable. Some big, some small, some smell like musk, some like berries ...  ... I will pic the strongest smelling male ... and the two largest, most resinous females ... and interbreed them And repeat the process with the next generation. I figure it will be 4-8 interbred generations until I start to see uniformity (hopefully, with all the traits I have been looking for). At that point, I will select a single female and a single male ... they will be stud parents  So ... just with this batch of genetics ... I have a couple/few years of work before I reach any real conclusions I think  And if I don't get where I want ... I will scrap the whole lot and start with new genetics ... so I could be searching for that "holy grail" for the remainder of my life *sigh* Maven

| Blue Maven !! Mulberry blundergum sounds like a cross of bubblegum that tastes of mulberries... But man there are a ton of directions to go with this project......F1's, F2's, different Pheno's then the IBL process........then maybe it'll catch on and you'll see it in the co-ops, or even in the Cup!! Keep 'em coming! And here we have the start of our mating ritual From across the reservoir, he spots them. Both of them so stoic and full of beauty ... both glowing a healthy green and looking happy with their new surroundings. Both clearly feeling confident and standing proud. How does he choose between them? Each lady has her own unique, and highly desirable, traits. And then he remembers what his papa told him about moments like this. With a smile, bordering on an evil grin, widening on his face ... it is easy to tell that he is anticipating that the coming weeks will be full of fornication Ladies on the bottom: On the right is the Purple Kush, left is the NL x BB ... our stud BB x BG is on top. Somewhere ... 6 or 7 months ago ... I messed up large My BB x BG male ... is a girl SO ... I either messed up on the sexing ... or I messed up on which set of clones belonged to which plant. Needless to say ... this little breeding project of mine will need to be put on hold I kinda need a male to make it happen WTF? Was I stoned  Probably When I was "thinking out loud" ... I should've been "keeping my mouth shut" I'll leave this thread open long enough for you all to point and laugh I can hear Nelson's "Hahaa" from here Maven
