Theres only three little buds left on her now
permalink

I've been systematically harvesting her (thats what I have to tell myself)

Hopefully her being the only plant in maturity, and me being out of didn't get in the way of this project.

I've been clipping some bud from her everyday to replace some bud that i've been smoking everyday..

I've been carefully removing the seeds and separating them into different piles

the container is for the best looking ones,
the shotglass is for the not so best looking ones but still passed the squish test
the floor is for the ones that don't pass the squish test

I've been trying to let her go as long as possible, but with only three buds left, she'll probably be completely gone in 2 days. (translation: I can't stop myself)

I put a few seeds to germinate a few days ago-
two of them popped, one stalled out right after popping, and the other has 1/4" taproot.. I can't believe its actually alive!!!

maybe a 1/4 have that damn greenish tinge still. But a lot look pretty good!

Oh another thing I noticed, is that when rotating a seed around between my thumb and index finger to inspect the angles of it, the turtle shelling would flake off, almost like the inside of a peanut shell, and if I kept rotating, the entire turtle shelling flakes off completely!

They are also much smaller than I'm used to seeing
--
I compared them to some random bagseeds I had laying around, and they made the bagseed look like orange seeds. Is smaller seeds a sativa characteristic? Or they are just small "because"?

I think theres 85 "good looking" seeds and at least that many "not good looking" seeds. (but would still germinate probably) and with 30-40 left on the plant, I figure thats a grand total of approx. 200

here are the 85ish "best" seeds

Well I haven't been this excited about a seedling for a long time

I planted the germinated seed into a solo cup, and today its popped the surface! I placed 10 more seeds to germinate yesterday, so It'll have some siblings too

I'm so happy!!!
