Sorry- but right now you have hybrid seeds... it's not a strain until it is stable and breeds true.

I didn't mean to rain on your parade.

You will grow a nice crop of plants from these seeds. But down the line if/when you breed two of the hybrid plants to each other, you'll get the wildest mix of plants imaginable..... some purple, some shiva, some skunk, and some of whatever is behind all of those.
You'll then appreciate all the years the breeders spent stabalizing the original strains just so we could grow uniform crops.

Once the flowers are pollenated, how long does it take to make seeds? How are they cured for storage?

Seeds can mature as fast as two weeks in warm conditions, or they can take as long as two months in cooler conditions. Average is around 4 weeks.
Let the seeds mature on the plant, until they are ready to fall by themselves. They need to be cleaned of all plant material and dried, but not too dry. Once dried they can be stored in a dark airtight container in the fridge. If they are going to be there for a long time add a few grains of rice to the container to absorb extra moisture. Don't freeze 'em!
