Hello All, We are in the midst of our flowering period now, as I'm sure many of you are, and we'd love to be able to make some seeds. We were truly blessed with all female plants, but now we are looking for a reputable source of pollen with which to pollenate our girls (using controlled techniques, of course). Any ideas? Is there a "pollen bank"? Agent Orange | ||

There was a thread i just read about gibberellic acid (http://www.hempcultivation.com/420/s...highlight=acid) I'm not sure if its the same one that has the guide on using it.. but i can give a bried explanation here..(the the best of my newbie ability :P) You spray a branch of your female plant once a day for 10 days with 100ml of the acid.(check those numbers b4!) then.. the branch will create nice male flowers (thus pollen) . After this you can utilize the pollen to pollinate one of your other female plants (to ensure inbreeding doesn't cause problems) and thus it will create plants.. On top of being packed with all the good qualities of your plants, the seeds will be feminine b/c there is not any male chromosome hanging around to cause trouble. Try to find the original guide on doing this... Does that sound like what you want to do? | the other way to enduce the hermie effect would bet to turn the lights on in the middle of the night cycle (i believe it works and its a little less harsh than acid) | ||

| Gibberrellic acid only works if you are sure you have a 100% pure XX female. If you don't know what that is, you don't have it  Stressing a plant to turn it hermie is silly..... you'd end up with hermie seeds, and nobody wants hermie seeds. question_boi- we know of no pollen banks. | ||
