Are the single calyx pre-flowers at the base of each branch capable of producing seed? it would be great to be able to just pollinate the twenty or thirty pre-lowers in easy reach, saving the good buds. | ||

As a safety measure give the top half of the plant a good spraying down with water prior to pollenating the bottom or preflowers.
