currently, I only have space for 4 plants at a time- this doesn't give me much to choose from in terms of looking for the best traits in each plant- I'm interested in breeding, but just don't know if I have the space

Well to answer your question, I would say with 4 plants , you could have some success, let me explain, because of the 50% chance of growing male plants, you need as many as it takes to get some females, I'm not saying get a Zillion plants, but for better results, I think the minimum could be , let's say 6-8. Now this info, is just speculation on my part, but with alot of reading on this site, many of your questions will be answered. Hope this helps, Later Tom | ||
