Howdy,

I've only grown seeds before with bag pollination and I'm wanting to grow a heap of seeds with open pollination, but I wanna know if it will be worthwhile.
I'll be using a 3ft x 3ft room with a 600w HPS and I'm wondering what kind of planting method to go for, I've got my mum and dad already picked out, but don't know what to do, do I need a selection of male clones next to each female? or would just one male in the middle be enough? also how do I stop pollen going through the exhaust fans? will I need a heap of internal fans to move the pollen? Is SOG a good method? any estimate of how many seeds I could get?

You can actually take branches with mature male flowers and dust the pollen on the female flowers. This will give you max yield for seeds.

You can get thousands of seeds from one plant if she is big enough. And it wouldn't have to be too awfully big.
