![]() | Ok I collected some pollen from a male plant I am keeping separate from the females. My question is, how much of the pollen does it take to make a nice seedy bud? I didnt get much from the male, mabye a pile of pollen about half the size of a pea, so I want to make sure I put enough on so I dont have to pollenate for awhile. Thanks in advance. Happy Growing. ![]()

![]() | you have plenty of pollen...since it only takes only a speck to fertilize and make a seed....the trick is to spread the pollen thin enough to make plenty of seed without wasting it....get a small paintbrush like you would use to paint a picture....dip the dry brush into the pollen and pick up a few grains...and brush them onto the long white hairs sticking out of your female bud...the pollen will transfer easily to the flower (now you know whay the buds are so sticky)...keep doing this with other flowers until you have covered all the buds you want to make seed....work from the bottom to the top of the plant...this way you can save the top bud from getting pollenated and allow it to grow hugh and sticky to make a good smoke...save any remaining pollen wrap it in foil and put it into freezer for another girl you might want to pollenate later....hope this helps ![]()
