Here we go, my first attempt at cloning.

Things I may change:
bigger airpump
remove long skinny airstone and replace with 2 5" round disc airstones.

wish me luck

Not too hijack the thread, but I can answer a couple of these…….

The fogged bottom works too your advantage,,,, at this stage (the first couple of days) you want weak lighting…… The idea is to make the plants grow roots,,, not leaves,, and weak lighting is just what you want for that………

You want your cuttings to be above the water line…… If they are sitting in water you can easily end up with “dampening off”, where the root doesn’t grow, and eventialy the plant gives up and dies………..

Built it and went 100% on the first run. Thank you very much! Very easy, hardest part was taping the plastic ware.

I'm about to try my first DIY bubblecloner... thanks FREAK and SOB for the thread! Instead of the lid with the holes like you guys have I'm going to try tin foil and drop the clone right in the foil, so if I want to do 30 next time instead of 15 I just put on a new piece of foil. If it does not work I'll post here so any newbs don't try it.. ha ha

SOB, it's your cloner, my friend. You are always welcome in my threads

CT, I don't know if foil alone would hold the clones. Worth a try though. Keep us posted, ok?
