you need a bulkhead fitting Bulkhead Fittings

I like uniseals too, but make sure to use the proper sized holesaw to cut your hole.

I just actually redid my entire hydro setup last night and used uniseals and rubbermaids and it leaks what a pain in my.......so now i get to plan my sat. figureing out WTF instead of filling it up....
anywho seems like the uniseals need a much thicker plastic to support its design.

have you ever used them with the rubbermaids AB? or any obvious tricks? besides cut the right sized hole? lol

Sometimes they leak for the first day or couple days while the rubber "molds" to the rubbermaid. As long as they were new uniseals the drips will magically dissapear You sure you got nice smooth holes drilled on flat surfacecs right? If any still leak after a couple days there must be an imperfection in the hole.

IMO they are more stable and durable than bulkheads which tend to come apart and leak from the gasket if moved around. but dont re-use the uniseals. they are a one-time thing; I dont care if they claim you can reuse them you cant, the material gets old and malformed and then it definetly will leak..
