i see cab builds all the time, does anyone hav a grow tent construction thread that is the quality of a brand named tent? i want a 4x8x7ft tent. just want this thing to last with no maintinence.

I haven't seen one but I can't imagine it would be too difficult. I'm not too impressed with the ones I've seen in the hydro shop. Seem pretty basic to me. Pvc frame, Easy to fire up. Tent material? Haven't looked to close at it but I'm sure you can find some compatible material. I've seen poly zippers so I'm sure you can find something like that for your openings fairly easy.
I don't know I would just have at it and I bet you can make one without too much drama.

I see you have a whole different thread going on it. I agree with what everyone else said there. If you have the ability to make a grow room you have more than the ability to make a grow tent.

thanks for the links and replies guys, can anyone show pics or give explanation on how they supported hood/blowers/filter. i eventually wanna put 2 1000hps in this grow tent and its hard for me to imagaine 1" pvc pipe supporting the 2 hoods, yet alone a vortex blower and carbon filter. thanks again!
