spray paint

so i bought a new case for my comp. so i turned my old case into a little box. I spray painted some of it black.

how long should i keep plants out of there? im going to wait till it does not smell of paint anymore. but not sure if it needed longer than that.

i plan to put my seedlings in there till they are ready for the outside sun.

and then use again when they are big enough to clone, so i can flower the clone and figure out how many females i have. but not finish flowering. just want to see sex.

well thanks for the help

You painted the inside or outside of it black?

White would be a far better reflector than black on the inside of the box. Doesn't black conduct heat, thus making your box hotter?

If you mean you painted the outside black, for whatever reason, just leave it outside all day. The smell should go away. A little bit of sun and outdoor freshness will negate the smell.
