The 4'' duct is 50 CFM of the 80 cfm total advertised next to those fauxboosters. The fan itself is good for just 30 CFM.

Speaking form personal experience and just to reinforce what has already been said the home Depot 4 inch duct fan will not work well enough to control humidity or temperature.
I used one for two grows and ended up having to subsidize with a loud computer fan I had laying around.
I bought a 6 inch 449cfm vortex fan for about $180 and now I can precisely control temps and humidity no problem. don't even need a dehumidifier anymore.
Don't waste your money on a $20 duct fan if it's going to be your sole source of exhaust.

Well, I'm not running the 4", but I do have the 6" inline duct fans ($20 @ HTG), one for intake and one for outtake and they work fine for me. What I did learn is you can't have passive intake w/ these as your main fans, you absolutely need to be running both concurrently. Not saying it's a great solution or anything, but felt I needed to put my 2 cents in regarding them 'not working'. They work, you'll just need at least two of them and may need a dehumidifier for flower to help w/ humidity.

I like what UpNorth said. It's all about the context. Two of them with a dehumidifier might be an excellent and cheaper solution for you not to mention space saving.
