![]() | Hey All! Well I was growing in my apartment closet. I added a 150 watt HPS and after running that for a day it was clear I needed more ventilation. I can't cut holes in my apartment walls so I needed to move the operation. Since I am growing 4 plants (and odds are two will be males and be tossed) I purchased a cabinet thats 16" deep, 24" wide, and 36" tall. I have installed all my equipment and it fits just fine. Though with the light installed I loise about 6-8" in height, also minus the height of the planter that the plants rest in. The thing is that I am growing Afgani Special from K.C. Brains. Is about 2.5' enough height to grow a couple decent plants? I am not looking to get pounds off of this project, it is my first grow and I'd be happy getting a little more than 1/2 an ounce (total). So now that I have rambled, my question is: "Is 2.5' tall enough to grow and flower a couple of plants?" -McTavish!

![]() | You see...you only have 2.5' of grow space right. So even if you grew your plant to atleast 12" it would still grow past the 2.5' mark once you went into flowering. You might be able to train them (tie them down) but then you'd loos your side space too. You might get away with one plant in that spot....Why not build or buy a bigger box?....Or why use a box at all? can't you use a corner of a room? you got 2 sides already, then you can box it in with cardboard er somthin.... I suggest you find a bigger place to grow ![]() good luck mr g ![]()
