![]() | I now run 2- 70watt hps and a 125 watt hps in a box that is 2feet wide x 3 feet long x 4high . The light are in there little chamber made of glass and the heat of lamps is sucked out and never in the plants room. I have about twenty girls living in there .My question is should I change the light to a 400 watt or even a 1000 watt light or will that be to much light? will this make the buds on plant fuller .

I don't think you could even fit a 1000 watt inside that box. Stick with what you got..or if it will fit go for the 400. IMHO ![]() cy ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hello there, 1000 watts qill generate way too much heat and the light density for the area you have described is way too intense, even with a 400wt you will have a lot of heat& light. Chlorophyll oxidization (bleaching) will ocurr if a 1000watt is used, even with a 400 its too much light. What you have at present is optimum for your area. latz, OzGrowa
